How much lead time do you need?
For weekend dates in spring and summer, 4–6 weeks is ideal; for weekday events, 2–3 weeks. Last-minute? Always reach out — we sometimes have openings.
What space and surface do you need?
We ask for roughly a 15×15 ft area for our standard pen and adapt to backyards, gardens, driveways, garages, classrooms and open fields. For larger setups or specific surfaces, ask us.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
We're fully licensed and carry commercial liability insurance, with documentation available on request. Ask us about a COI for your venue.
What happens if the weather turns?
We can usually relocate to a covered area — a tent, porch, garage or indoors. In severe weather we may reschedule to keep guests, animals and staff safe.
How far do you travel?
We serve Northern Virginia, Washington DC and most of Maryland. Travel beyond our standard area may add a fee — ask us about your location.
