Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website, request a date, or book an event with Little Wild Mobile Farm LLC ("Little Wild Mobile Farm", "we", "us"). By booking or attending one of our events, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your guests.
Our services
Little Wild Mobile Farm is a boutique mobile petting zoo serving Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Animal lineups are curated for each event and may vary based on availability, event type, venue, weather, and animal welfare. We'll always do our best to bring the animals you've asked about, but we can't guarantee any specific animal.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the site are starting prices — "experiences begin at" — and the final total may vary with add-ons, travel, and extended time. A payment equal to the selected package's starting price is due at booking to reserve your date and is processed securely via Stripe. Any additional agreed charges — add-ons, extended time, or travel beyond our standard service area — may be invoiced separately. Little Wild Signature Events are custom-quoted.
Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
Cancellations made at least 10 days before your event date receive a full refund, including your deposit. Within 10 days of the event, deposits are non-refundable — though we'll always try to reschedule with you to a mutually available date instead. If we reschedule, amounts already paid are applied to the new date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
If we need to cancel or reschedule for weather, animal health, or safety reasons, we'll work with you on a new date or issue a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled event.
Weather and animal welfare
Animal well-being comes first. We may substitute animals, adjust the setup, shorten an interaction, or reschedule an event because of weather, animal health, temperament, or guest safety. In severe weather we can often relocate to a covered space; where that isn't possible we'll reschedule at our discretion.
Travel and service area
Our standard service area covers Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Events beyond that area may incur a travel fee, quoted case by case before your booking is confirmed.
Client responsibilities
- Provide a safe, level, appropriately sized space and clear access for our vehicle, setup, and animals.
- Supervise your guests — especially children — at all times around the animals.
- Follow our handlers' guidance about how to approach, touch, and feed the animals.
- Encourage hand sanitizing and thorough hand washing after animal contact.
- Let us know in advance about pets on site, gate codes, stairs, or anything else that affects setup.
Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
Contact with animals carries inherent risks, including scratches, nips, being bumped or stepped on, and exposure to allergens or animal-borne germs. Guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an event is limited to the amount you paid us for that event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Photography and likeness
We may photograph or record our events and use those images to promote Little Wild Mobile Farm. If you or a guest would prefer not to be featured, let us know at littlewildmobilefarm@gmail.com and we'll accommodate reasonable requests.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, photographs, the Little Wild Mobile Farm name, and our logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us a phone number, we may send booking-related texts and, with your consent, occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Little Wild Mobile Farm harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your or your guests' failure to follow these terms, our handlers' instructions, or applicable venue rules — except to the extent caused by our own negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
