I understand that interaction with live animals carries inherent and unpredictable risks. Even friendly, well-socialized animals may bite, kick, scratch, head-butt, jump, defecate, or otherwise behave unexpectedly.

I acknowledge that risks may include — but are not limited to — minor or serious injury, allergic reactions, exposure to zoonotic illness, falls, slips, scrapes, bruises, infections, and emotional distress.

I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of myself and every guest attending the event I am booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Little Wild Mobile Farm LLC, Brittany Schneller, and any owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, handlers, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to the event.

This release applies to — but is not limited to — injuries, allergic reactions, falls, animal bites or scratches, animal-related incidents, property damage, illness, or any accidental harm occurring during, before, or after the event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by my guests or anyone attending the event.

All guests must follow handler instructions at all times.

No teasing, chasing, hitting, picking up, riding, or otherwise mishandling the animals. Only feed treats provided by the handler.

Aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward the animals or other guests may result in that guest being removed from the animal area without refund.

Little Wild Mobile Farm reserves the right to pause or end an event early if safety becomes a concern. In such cases, deposits and payments may be non-refundable.

Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the animal area.

I am responsible for the conduct, safety, and well-being of every minor in my care and every guest I have invited to the event.

I confirm I am at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to sign this waiver on behalf of myself and any minors I am responsible for.

Little Wild Mobile Farm may take photos or videos of the event for marketing, social media, or promotional use.

Photo/media consent is optional and is captured separately on the booking form. If you do not opt in, please let the handler know on arrival so we can avoid capturing your group.

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In the case of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, dangerous heat, ice, or high wind), Little Wild Mobile Farm reserves the right to reschedule the event for the safety of guests, animals, and staff.

We will work with you in good faith to find an alternate date. Light or moderate weather is not generally a reason to cancel; we will relocate to a covered area whenever possible.

Hand sanitizer is provided for all guests during the event.

We strongly recommend that all guests wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water after interacting with the animals.
