Little Wild Mobile Farm LLC operates Little Wild Mobile Farm, a boutique mobile petting zoo serving Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. We will respond to privacy-related requests as quickly as we can, usually within a few business days.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and mailing or event address.
• Event details: date, time, guest count, venue notes, package and add-on selections, and how you heard about us.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe handles card data and sends us only a confirmation and limited billing details.
• Waiver information: the signer's name and contact details, their signature, and the names and ages of any minors a parent or guardian chooses to list.
• Service-area checker submissions: the name, email, phone, and address or ZIP code you enter to see whether we travel to you.
• Marketing and SMS consent preferences.
• Basic technical and usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate referral source, and similar anonymous analytics collected when you browse the site.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to inquiries and quote requests, confirm and schedule bookings, process payments, send booking and service updates, run our events safely, send marketing messages where you've consented, improve the site, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

How we share it

We share information with the service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text-message notifications), Calendly (scheduling), our email delivery provider, and our calendar and hosting providers. We only share what is needed for those providers to perform their services on our behalf, and we expect them to keep your information confidential and secure.

We do not share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of guests, staff, or animals. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us a phone number, we may send you texts about your booking — confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and questions about your event — and, with your consent, occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of promotional texts does not stop essential messages about a booking you've already made.

We do not share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information and SMS registration/consent data are not transferred, sold, shared, or disclosed to external organizations except as necessary to deliver the services you requested through our approved service providers — such as Twilio, which sends messages on our behalf — and only under strict confidentiality and data-security obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small amount of first-party analytics to understand which pages people visit and which links they click, so we can improve the site. This data is anonymous and is not used to build advertising profiles. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies and similar storage.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described here — for example, event records, waivers, and payment records are retained for our business and legal requirements — and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to the people and services that need it.

We maintain internal policies and access controls that limit who can access your information. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized sharing or disclosure of your information and to make sure your data is handled only by the people and service providers who need it to run our business for you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing littlewildmobilefarm@gmail.com. Residents of certain states — including Virginia and California — may have additional rights regarding their personal information; contact us at the same address and we'll help you exercise them.

Children's privacy

Our services are marketed to the adults who book and host events. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about minors reaches us only when a parent or legal guardian provides it — for example, when listing children on an event waiver.

Changes to this policy
